lapses in communication/understanding w/ownership and admission team, lax covid policies at times, accepted aggressive students that assaulted staff multiple times before getting kicked out of the program, low pay for industry standards across the board.

Phenomenal staff support culture, connections with the most amazing humans you’ll ever meet. No job will ever give you more fulfillment or feel more meaningful.

Definitely a hard job emotionally and physically. You’ll be tested in *every* way but you’ll grow SO much through it.
