The backbone of Evlos Technology is their people, and they reflect it in their operation. If you have an issue and need to talk to leadership, their doors are always open. If something happens in your personal life and you need to step away for a couple days, they send you off with a care package. Leadership is always looking at new opportunities or areas to impact, to give their people as many opportunities to succeed in life. Philanthropy is a huge focus for this company. If there is a cause near and dear to a Solvers heart, they will go above and beyond to donate/participate in that charity.

There are no cons to report

Genuinely good people that care about employees as individuals. Technologically competitive. Great volunteer opportunities and clubs and events. There is a lot of love.

Communication is improving but is still a weaker spot for the company. Too many great things that don’t get shared!
