There is no training involved for managers. There is a lot of bullying, harassment and nepotism. The only way to work your way up is to sleep your way there or become managers pet with no idea how to do the job. No work/life balance. Sales people have to work 9-9 three days in a row at the end of the month (despite not being contracted to) and then they refuse they're told they won't commission or knocked off the pecking order. Senior management don't listen to the voices of the little people. Continuous meetings to berate staff then it could be an email. NO values NO integrity NO culture. Just hardcore sales with a undervalued product. The company doesn't have a HR so grievances and policies are not followed and staff and then mistreated
