Everyman offers a workplace like no other, no where else has the variety of vehicles or tasks, you can learn things here that no other business in the country could teach you. Still has the family structure and feeling in place. Honest communication

Kontras

This is not a simple, routine, boring 9 to 5, it makes you think, and you need to be hungry and prepared to give it a good level of effort. Location means a commute for most.

Pros

Monday to Friday job. Sometimes they would be quite flexible with working

Kontras

They would pay you minimum wage and add a bonus in top. You hardly ever got that bonus as they would fine you for things like, spelling a customers name incorrectly or their email address. Not sure how they got away with most things but they did. Stay away from the tinpot organisation
