Overall positive work environment - Social Scientist bei Everforth ECS: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I wish the annual performance review process was more of a back-and-forth between employees and managers as it was rather subjective. My manager doesn't have the expertise I do, so they cannot accurately evaluate my performance. I also wish there was more paid time off and paid family leave. Paid family leave is currently at 10 days! Not enough!
