Pros

I feel that they have good job seekers for clients and provides quick responses when they feel like they found the right candidates.

Kontras

When they do get in contact with you and resume.your resume to their clients and tell you that they will contact you XXX Of days...they don't follow up with you. I feel that if you are looking for candidates and if you've made contact with them you should follow through to the end. This company tells you one thing but never follow through on their words. You are the recruiting agency should always make us feel valuable and always hold a strong communication regardless of what your clients responsession are. Leaving us job seekers in the black hole means you don't care much about us but only WHT and who can make your commission rise.

- Ability to work remotely still, however I am not sure how long that will last for me. They are pushing people back into the office. Autonomy & Independence - Strong ability to self-direct and own responsibilities - Involvement in high-impact work - Broad responsibilities that build transferable skills

- I feel like my role was created without clear definition or long-term planning. I - Needed help with my workload and, despite repeated requests over the past year, I still haven't received any help - Increasing responsibilities without proportional salary growth - Bonus structure adjusted to be more difficult to achieve - Multiple internal teams laid off.
