Nice staff. Monthly morale events are held. You can exchange Nectar points for gift cards and receive points from teammates as a quick "thank you." Communicative staff. Upper management reviews all feedback, good and bad.

The metrics are a little ridiculous and hard to reach. Lots of micromanaging that isn't that effective. The client doesn't always understand the staff's needs and accommodations. People do not stay in this job for that long (I watched several staff members with varying positions leave the company since starting my role)
