Not the best benefits for women.
I was barely pregnant when I first started and didn't qualify for short term disability/maternity leave because my pregnancy was a "pre-existing condition." I think in 2022 we know how horrible maternity leave is for families in the US. They need to step it up.
Also, I had to get a letter from OB to prove that I was pregnant when I went on leave. I guess people fake being pregnant lol. Anyway, luckily my male partner makes just enough for us to survive. I really don't know how a single parent or a family without a decent salary that needs maternity leave would survive contracting for this company.
Also, no one ever informs me of when my contract is ending or being extended.
