GRIND! Go grind your coffee. The work life balance is non-existent. Poor coaching and development overall. Mangers are promoted because they are great recruiters, but good recruiters do not make good managers. Staying late is expected. If you are preforming but not meeting your call numbers, then managers scold. Managers are unaware of the talent they have on their teams and are not promoting those that would be great leaders.
