After being bought in 2012 , and becoming a publicly traded company changes started to occur to the salesforce turning into what was a chop shop for sales people. The portfolio of accounts managed became smaller and smaller relying on extreme saturation into accounts in order to become successful. More focus of the company turned to sales vs recruiting. By the time I left we had twice as many sales people as recruiters.
