Good working environment. Unique projects. Internal orgainization has improved (still meeds work). Christmas parties and internal events are really fun.

Lots of undelivered promises, low pay, and almost no opportunities to move past the job you start in. And the 6 month probationary period is insane. Some managers have short tempers and belittle other staff which is demoralizing for everyone. While the teams are good, there isn't a standard way to communicate between departments leading to mistakes. HR is frunstrating and delays with reviews, raises , or paperwork are commonplace.

The people I work with were awesome. Really enjoyed their company and experience. I learned a lot from being around them.

A lot of the people they hire temp workers and they do the jobs of some of the people that are full-time and make more, but we are still paid all less some of the management will need to work on how to interact with her staff and motivate them because it is hard to stay motivated when you don’t really get feedback and if you do, it’s always negative
