Poor leadership - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Eventric: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Very negative experience with some (not all) leadership positions. Gaslighting, sh*t talking about other employees behind their back, knowledge silo-ing, and poor communication. Felt like it was all being made up as we went along without much of a plan.
