Pros

- working with people who are passionate about what they do (it's a job board dedicated to expats, run by expats)
- an interesting field of work (topics like living abroad, travel, diversity, languages)
- open-minded, supportive management,
- help in settling in Barcelona (advice on where to look for accommodation, how to handle paperwork, etc.),

Kontras
The cons are the standard ones that come with working at SMBs:
- limited budget for development (but they will always consider your suggestions if you need a tool or access to a course, so it's always worth asking),
- salaries are lower than in big corporations, but relevant to an SMB standard,
- interns are frequently hired, and training new members every few months can be a bit of a setback for the rest of the team (but there is an opportunity to get offered a full-time position after an internship - many employees started that way, which is a pro in a con),
- budget limitations characteristic of an SMB sometimes make it necessary to prioritise short-term strategy over long-term goals in terms of profitability.
