      - flexible Friday (but not fully applicable due to project commitments) - big Data Centre exposures

      Kontras

      - unpaid overtimes ( work tends to exceed beyond working hours) - overloaded with minimum 5 projects in 1 person working simultaneously with the same high demand, tight deadlines. - no work life balance. Pick which one would be sacrificed, output quality, personal or mental health, at most times, both.

      Pros

      Director is supportive, he always catching up our task and willing to help when we have issues. The wage is at the average level for Dublin and the work life balance is good

      There is no cons found, :) I left because i moved from Dublin, otherwise I would still like to stay there!
