      You spend your time cold-calling / trying to convince random people to buy these products. The website is poorly made and the employers seem desperate to hire anyone and everyone.

      Thank you for your feedback, although our company does not participate in any telesales or cold calling processes. We do tho, approach existing or new customers on behalf of our well-established client, to help increase their marketing and brand awareness. As for our website, we like it very much, however, we will take your feedback on board and take a look at it.

      Great basic customer service training and management training. Able to advance/ progress in a short period of time based on your dedication and commitment. Friendly and upbeat atmosphere. Professional and well dressed Fast growth

      Pros

      On a daily basis you get to learn a lot of new information, which keeps you busy, but interested in this job. So make sure you take a lot of notes! The staff is very friendly and always there for you to help, no matter what's your position, everybody treat each other equally. Also FUN, another important aspect of this company. The atmosphere in the office is always surrounded with laugh and positivity.

      I wouldn't necessarily call it a "con", but this job takes a lot of hard work. Work ethic is the biggest priority, like in any other company. Competition is always a challenge, however if you are willing to work hard, you will get awarded for it.
