Untrustworthy, unreliable and manipulative - Consultant bei Essen Vision Software: Mitarbeiterbewertung

If you see reviews before Jan 2020 you'd realize the reality of this company. Management is not capable of taking criticism and has made people to write positive about it, you'd notice the reviews are posted approximately on same date. People claiming that they have worked more than 10 years and management is all good is utter BS. There's hardly anyone working for more than 4-5 years and all above them are part of management so don't trust those fake reviews. Huge regrets working over here. You cannot get out. Made a mistake of signing two year contract (which is of no value though) You wont get papers if you leave early. It's a trap. Don't sign anything. I'd recommend people to work somewhere else even if pay is bit lower but not in this company This is not a professional company. It's a small company and full of dictatorship and manipulations. You won't feel good about the environment. not trustworthy at all.
