Basically everything about the company, managers speak to you terribly, you are expected to put work above you own personal life. You are expected to work the festivals even though they say you get your time back you never do get the full time back, one colleague worked from 6am to 1am one festival and never got that time back other employees have also worked longer and have never gotten all their time back. I was also told that we would be able to enjoy the festivals whilst we are working if one of the managers catches you on a break whilst everyone else is working then you will get spoken to horrendously. The managers are Condescending and they will speak down to you like you are a child. You are also given sometimes a weeks notice to cancel everything you have planned on YOUR weekend to work a festival as festival they have had planned for months, but because they’re short staffed they will randomly pick people, if you choose not to work it they will make your life impossible at work. I honestly still have PTSD from this place. There are no career progression opportunities instead of promoting someone who works hard within the company they will outsource the opportunity to get a pay rise or a promotion you have to threaten to quit.
