      Pros

      Ericsson is a great company to work. Ethical and compliance ways of working have become a center of their culture so is a safe and nice team enviroment. They dont pay super high wages, although the work and life balance is better than compared to American US companies in sales area.

      Slow, limited promotion, very niche.

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Kontras

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
