The down sizing has helped young employees like myself take on more responsibilities and learn a lot really fast. Doing it for the 'resume bullet' not the pay. Its fun tho..co workers are great.
Kontras
Just like every company I've ever worked for..they just use and abuse young people because they can and not pay them what they are worth. EVERYONE at lower management is just too over worked. The moral is low. Nothing seems to get done. They are still trying to blend Aircrane and Evergreen Ops. Its still messy.
