This company allows people to thrive in their remote atmospheres. A lot of people are rewarded for their hard work, but too many are overlooked, especially for too many years.

It's left upon the people closest to the work to really keep the enthusiasm up amongst the team members. SLT doesn't often know what's going on at the lowest level. Choices are made that affect people at the very bottom and those are the people who must rally together and keep each other going.
