Paint a nice profit sharing scheme during interview but its only part of a scheme to attract gullible candidates. Culture is toxic, everyone are on their toes and are at the mercy a matriarchy leadership

Micromanagement by MD, very miserly package for corresponding people manager roles, when request for fairer increment before confirmation, they terminate your contract with no valid reason just to avoid paying bonus. Stay away if you are of an above average caliber. (Entry Level/Non degree holders may stay for a while to gain experience, at your own risk)
