Teams has a great dynamic to work together. Managers listen and work with you. Trainings are great to help you know the tools quickly. You get to wear multiple hats to explore different areas, and clear metric to know if you are successful in your role. I truly felt sad at my last day for leaving.

Compensation and benefits are on the lower side, which seems to be a common challenge for many local Utah businesses. With inflation and the surge in housing costs, it’s hard to feel satisfied with the package they can offer - although I think they've tried their best.
Some clients are harder to work with. They have limited budgets due to their business size, but high expectations.
