      Pros

      Really enjoy working at Equine Network. I am a competitive equestrian and love being able to make a difference in an industry I am so passionate about.

      Kontras

      Often the work can be redundant and stack up quickly with many responsibilities. Would love more experience outside of just email marketing, as I have a very diverse background and my career goals are more in line with a Marketing Director or Manager role. Not many opportunities for advancement.
