Any pros are negated by management showing they truly don't care about any of their employees.

Kontras

While being acquired - constantly told we were valuable & our jobs were not at risk. While a new team was being brought in - constantly told we were valuable & our jobs were not at risk; assisted in training this new team. They then let 200 people go on a 15 minute phone call, effective immediately.
