UK/Europe Leadership won't stand up for the UK business, often ignoring UK regulation US-built Technology is not fit for UK purpos with, risky, enforced delivery timescales dependent on this tech Heavy-handed approach to post-pandemic return to office and hybrid working. Teams are nationally and globally distributed, what's the point in forcing people to their local office 3 days a week?

My direct manager. Comp plan if you’re lucky enough to find several whale clients, and if you’re lucky, the commission is approved.

There are a lot. First, office politics. Equifax expects employees to be very corporate and robotic. Metrics metrics metrics. 100% focused on revenue, not customers. Metrics, metrics, metrics. PIP overuse. Even when you’re 150% to yearly plan 6mo in, they expect 300%. Make sure to keep receipts. Senior management will find the most ridiculous ways to push reps out, continently right before a huge payout of a very delayed commission plan. (Sell something in Jan 2025, you will only get a fraction of commission until June 26). That’s if the exception committee approves payout (which never happens). If you sell a big deal, don’t expect to get paid 100% of what the plan says.
