Overtime options are great. The pay is okay, but be prepared to sacrifice your peace of mind.

It's like pulling teeth trying to get a day or just a few hours off for doctors appointments, family priorities, etc. I was penalized for missing work due to having a miscarriage and needing immediate medical attention.
