Good company with people who are all about fair housing

I do not have any cons about the erc

I found my position with ERC to be one that was thoroughly rewarding. Felt as though I was working toward good for some many that are discriminated against and ignored on a daily basis.

I was working very part time and within my position there was no growth opportunity. That being said my position was one that was unique and I knew this downside going into the job.
