Incompetent project/program managers across projects 4. Managers don't mentor or give instruction before task , pretends busy and is very keen to give feedbacks ( fault finding) - when they could not even delegate their work over call - rather a text 5 . Useless internal knowledge transfers , no amount of participation make your promotion case any stronger as they will say you did not apply it. 6. No processes , therefore the Project manager end up making it up and even assign their work to random people ( they evade all the work entire day )
