Chaotic, conflict-drive office culture as a direct result of poor management and an unstable CEO. Extremely high attrition, mismanaged projects, no respect for work/life balance (expect 12 hour days, expect to work holidays, expect not to be offered any additional comp). Below-market salaries, dysfunctional resource allocation (ie the CEO takes Ubers everywhere but the office power gets shut off).
