It’s been a really positive experience working at Epicor. I’ve had the chance to work on meaningful roles, partner closely with great teams, and continue learning along the way. The people here make a big difference—there’s a strong sense of collaboration, and it feels like everyone is working toward the same goals. Overall, it’s been a place where I’ve been able to grow and actually enjoy the day-to-day.

- Like most companies, cost and timing are major contributing factors when deciding on the tools leadership make generally available to individual contributors - you're bound to be disappointed if you expect to have the latest and greatest of everything without first providing a value proposition to a senior leader. Be ready to invest personal time building use cases and gathering data to make strong cases for solutions you think will add value to your team and have a positive impact on the organizational strategy
