Very poor development and integration of products. Services group is constantly held accountable for the poor performance of development by giving free of charge hours to the customer. In turn they are punished by not receiving bonuses because of this. Bonuses are only based on billable hours not performance. Salary is the same. No accountability in dev or management for the delivery of consistently poor products. Management changes every 6-12 months and is not consistent. The same managers are just shuffled around, no improvement. Extreme favoritism by management to some individuals so they will not get FOC projects. Services is punished for helping customer support, this is not considered approved non-billable time and doesn't count to bonuses. This leads to poor customer care.
