Terrible job, don't take it new grads - Technical Problem Solver (TS) bei Epic: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The job and company itself absolutely suck. Long hours with very little room for growth. Just look at and wonder why every hiring class is 300 people (a month!). It's because the churn is so high, nobody wants to stay. They hire right out of college and there is little fulfillment in the role. Also the programming language they use is not used anywhere else.
