Being constantly surrounded by ineptitude while you yourself are trying to learn the system is a recipe for disaster. The cult like mentally that everything is ALWAYS great belittles the actual problems that cause people to frequently pull 70+ hour weeks. This was the least competent group of people that I've ever worked with. I hear that it varies from team to team though. With this company I see about 10% of people who actually enjoy their job. The rest develop some kind of corporate Stockholm Syndrome and stay or leave with some kind of PTSD. If you are considering working here, do yourself a favor and call a couple of mental health experts in the Madison area. Ask them what their opinion of the company is, based on their client experiences.
