Interesting work but high burnout from expectations - Technical Solutions Engineer bei Epic: Mitarbeiterbewertung

High burn out. They say you can form your own path and do what you want. But they expect ~35h/week and the extra time is where you can do more interesting work. I was proactive in trying to find projects to join and was praised for this. But had to drop almost all the extra work due to my workload. Not recommended for those with a family that want to spend time with loved ones.
