Pros
Engineering culture here is great; there's a big diversity in the backgrounds of engineers here. Cross-team communication is very fluid and quick, and it feels like each person can make their opinion heard. It's an open work environment so it's easy to find what you need, or find someone who can get you what you need. Schedule, PTO, and work-life balance is flexible. People trust each other to be an effective team member. There's also a nice espresso machine and catered lunch once a week (and lots of coffee shops nearby).
Kontras
The internal structure is a little disorganized, probably due to the company growing so fast. For example changing titles is slow, even if you've unofficially switched roles already. We didn't have the scaffolding in place for such a growth rate, but things are improving in this regards.
