Good exposure to big clients.

There are no frills or perks to the job. No structure to workflows and internal systems are very sloppy. When concerns were highlighted, these were largely ignored by management to save a buck. They're very results driven and push exploitative, unrealistic deadlines/workloads that often burn out the team with no reward. Why would anyone stay?
