Pros

Make your own schedule sometimes

Kontras

Get called to emergency response without additional pay. Have to work overtime but you will not be paid for it because everyone is on a low salary wage. Company events always include a lot of alcohol. No incentive to get licensed. All management is stressed and severely unorganized. Little room for good quality training.

Culture, teamwork, growth, training, provided with what you need to get the job done well and on time.

I do not see any cons as EWI truly listens to the employee and will back them up.

They really reel you in.

Kontras

-executive board is exploitive and abusive. -the owners don’t actually want to help their employees be successful and grow. -the second you raise concern about inequality, toxicity, and exploitation, they claim you’re triangulating and not a good “cultural fit”. -actively promote people who have not paid their dues while discarding people who give blood, sweat, and tears (literally, ask some of the field workers). -literally behave like a cult. Whatever you do, avoid their corporate koolaid.
