It is steady employment with little turnover unless you show up and literally do nothing. Even then...some people have coasted on that for far too long. A good place to get your career started but not long-term.

A culture laced with complacency and unwillingness to unload tenured employees who coast by based on relationships with senior management. Lack of forward thinking and false ideas as to what the market views as a viable product. Little to no room for advancement and growth within your position is limited.
