Team works through any issues seemlesslly. 8) Two week sprint cycles 9) Many outside advisors used for specific specialized knowledge

1) Lots and lots of work to do - we're a driven crew - not a place for a slacker or someone wanting to coast. 2) We're growing and need more staff
