Salary paid after 10th of every month 7. Run by 2 brothers - only personal benefits of management taken care 8. Forcing some techniques which are useful in manufacturing or production lines 9. Will try to extract the maximum from the talented employees as the management knows they are not going to stay with company for than a year. 10.
