Pros
Transparency from senior staff on business performance, objectives, and direction. Collaboration among teams. A good office culture. The staff makeup is a mix of younger, next generation of professionals, and more experienced, storied, and accomplished engineers and designers. In between are some of the best in the industry in their respective disciplines (from structural to building engineering, transportation to special projects, building envelope, and especially sustainability). I often feel inspired to work among these colleagues at Entuitive.
Kontras
While management has to be unwavering in their WFO policy, some of the communications around the policy have fallen short. Employee referral program is not on par with what other companies are willing to do to attract talent. ie. Cash incentives would return greater talent at times when greater talent is needed.
