      Pros

      The company is young, innovative, and easily the most diverse workplace I've ever been at. Business is growing quickly so there is a lot of opportunity to learn and do new things. Management is very approachable and recognize hard work. Co-workers are more awesome than not. Casual dress and a great overall office environment.

      Like most fast-growing companies, there are some employees who just refuse to adapt and/or accept new roles. They see all change as negative and it drives down the morale of the team. My salary could be a little higher but the overall perks are quite good.

We definitely agree - we love the people within our organization; their insights, passion and intelligence are second to none and we are in the midst of creating programs to reward this. We’ve definitely grown quickly and within a short period of time, so we understand the concerns about cultural alignment.       Nice friendly people Lots to learn

      Production support work in the back of the warehouse essentially, so it’s loud Early hours starting at 7am (can be a pro or con depending on the person) No creativity, very task based & can get repetitive Normal benefits
