Pros

• Time passes quickly because you're always doing something. You feel like an appreciated member of the team. • You are never belittled for failing or doing something wrong. The learning and accountability mindset is greatly influenced by the staff. • Team leads and Upper Management are respectful, understanding and caring. Family is a big motivator and you instantly feel that here.

Kontras

• it’s sometimes hard to get trained on new things as there never feels like there's enough time. You need to be able to walk on your own feet and ask questions. • Busy season means long hours. This isn’t exactly a con for me as I have bills to pay and appreciate the extra work but I can imagine some might not enjoy it. Although, I never once felt obligated to stay late. It always felt like my choice.

Pros

The company is young, innovative, and easily the most diverse workplace I've ever been at. Business is growing quickly so there is a lot of opportunity to learn and do new things. Management is very approachable and recognize hard work. Co-workers are more awesome than not. Casual dress and a great overall office environment.

Kontras

Like most fast-growing companies, there are some employees who just refuse to adapt and/or accept new roles. They see all change as negative and it drives down the morale of the team. My salary could be a little higher but the overall perks are quite good.

Nice friendly people Lots to learn

Production support work in the back of the warehouse essentially, so it’s loud Early hours starting at 7am (can be a pro or con depending on the person) No creativity, very task based & can get repetitive Normal benefits
