There is a very serious problem with how this company operates and it stems from the very core, the CEO. He thinks very little about his employees, and his only concern is making his company more profitable by trying to enforce and implement his radical ideas upon his employees and others. They will take advantage of your hard working ethic and exploit it to the point as to where you will be asked to do rigorous work which has nothing to do with your job description. In summary, management doesn't want to help you grow and won't empower you to do so. And here's the thing, when you do go above and beyond, no one acknowledges it, no one says "good job" no one says "well done" no says "keep it up" but most importantly, no one says "thank you", not a single form of recognition is given. If you're not family or within the "inner circle", they will not look out for you, you are expendable. They will work you till you're exhausted and get rid of you. After this, HR will probably comment with the same generic reply to all bad reviews on here. "Thank you very much for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to write this review. We acknowledge your concerns and as a company we take all our reviews......." what a drag. Don't just say it, actually do it!!
