Pros

The staff is amazing- very understanding, available, communicative and open. In theory, Entity Magazine along with Entity Academy should work and if the staff alone ran the program, it could be successful.

It's a writing workshop. The internship program is a complete exploitation of the interns/new writer. The CEO is unstable, emotional, ungrateful and rude to her staff. She is rarely available to the staff and to the interns and is rarely aware of what's going on. Moreover, she yells and insults her staff. While staff tries to deliver quality work, the CEO chooses quantity of articles over quantity. There is little integrity behind the content of Entity Magazine, the interns are taken advantage of, the staff is overworked and unnoticed and the CEO seems to use Entity Academy to show off to friends and colleagues.

None as the leader does not know how to lead and manage people.

The CEO churns through people at a rate I've never seen before. She has a short fuse and is a bully.
