High turnover - always looking for staff and acting like its because they are growing - LIES HR department only have the interests of senior people in mind, they treat anyone at the bottom as irrelevant and easily replaced. Lack of communication in the company and when you ask questions you are told it doesn't concern you despite it being a company wide thing. Management has no consistency, very top heavy with large egos. The company has no structure. Management is experimenting with their employees which is resulting in alot of hire/fire situations, which will only end badly and again result in more and more layoffs and people leaving.
