salary , incentive holds , salary dates , poor management , i have a 3 year experience in sales, but this company Enser . it is a worst company i ever had in my career . NO WEEK OFF ON HOLI & DIWALI . No work life balance , and Internally they are growing their IPO , So that stock price can be go on up trends , If you will check on screener. There is no such dividend separation with the public . It means anytime if, they want. they can crash any time . it would be a loss for a normal people . So Guys be aware . you are giving your time but in return . You guys are getting nothing . if you guys are hoping they are give high salary more than 35k . So my dear bro/ bro's sis . I'm the proof you guys will never get fully salary . but you will get the notification of dedication (salary tax) . means even company is not paying you after the TDS. THEY ARE PAYING YOU WITH TDS . WHICH MEANS 10K DEDUCTION . Technically You are earning 25k in a month + with very complicated incentive structure.

If you want to learn how companies exploit employees in the name of “opportunity,” Enser is the perfect classroom. You’ll clearly see how a company can take 9–11 hours of your day and return peanuts as salary. A great place to understand the difference between management comfort vs. employee struggle – because while TLs, Managers, and COOs get their salaries on the 1st or 7th, employees wait till the 10th or 11th (if a holiday comes in between!). You’ll learn how late salary distribution is not just “mismanagement” but actually a way for the company to earn extra on employees’ hard-earned money while making them suffer. Some employees randomly get full salary, some get deductions — no clear logic, no transparency. If you want to see the truth, just join Enser — you’ll know it for yourself
