They are requiring training and exams without pay. Teacher's personal time are being spent for free. If your time is valuable, this is not the company for you. Break time is flexible but not paid. Minimum of 8 hours work without break. They say you can choose your working hours but it's mandatory to work at night. So you really can't choose the time of the day you want. And you have to work 6 days in a week. Some managers are incompetent.
