Pros
Insurance, would say benefits but not anymore. Would say pay but working conditions for MOST are not worth it.
Kontras
Management sets rules but, only a "select" few, management and anyone related to management, especially their kids, do NOT have to follow the rules. Management does not care about employees or morale at all. Overworked and underpaid in extremely hot and very dirty conditions but as long as a somewhat quality product is out the door, they don't care. Career opportunities for certain people. Made-up jobs for management's friends and relatives. Need completely new management. Top to bottom!!!
