Regardless of the pros, the agency is going down hill. Culture is dead. Morale is toxic across the board and staff is not motivated. Everyone who has left warned executive management of both the culture and morale and very little has been done. Staff is overworked and the promise of relief is not happening fast enough or is too late. All resources are invested in new business teams, however this team consistently is losing RFPs, while account teams who are driving business are never acknowledged. The investment of new companies has left the agency lacking in understanding and awareness across all business. What are our capabilities, again?
